excellent central location and attentive staff
great location lovely staff good sized rooms
the location was excellent, just off the main road. the staff were very lovely and accommodating, nothing was too hard to ask. the hotel has good sized rooms for japan. the ambience in the hotel was also nice.
the rooms are quite small with the sink in the room and not in the bathroom.

the location is great for accessing public transportation.
The staff seemed unwelcoming. i felt a cold vibe from multiple staff members during check-in. the room was also very small. There was barely any space to hang clothes.

i found the location very convenient for exploring the city. the hotel is near public transportation, it made getting around very easy. my room was quiet and comfortable, i had restful nights. i especially liked how helpful and friendly the staff was .
the fridge in my room was quite small. it was hard to store all my drinks.

underwhelming stay
limited space inconvenient sink placement
the location was good near the shopping area.
the room felt much smaller than expected i found i had very little space to store my belongings the sink's placement outside the bathroom was inconvenient too blocking the way into the room the staff's inability to book taxis in the morning was a significant issue for me.

I noticed the location was superb. Several bus routes were accessible. my husband and i liked exploring nearby shrines. the public bath was not crowded, and we both enjoyed using it nightly. the staff helped transport our luggage.
The restaurant primarily served japanese cuisine. We preferred dining at local eateries nearby. still, it was a MINOR inconvenience!
